    Keisha is a dedicated healthcare professional who has devoted over a decade to the field, emerging as an empathetic and skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Keisha's journey led her to the pinnacle of education, culminating in a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in psychiatric care for individuals and families across the lifespan. Her wealth of experience, spanning more than 11 years, reflects a career marked by a genuine passion for the well-being of others.

    Keisha's approach to patient care is characterized by compassion, non-judgmental understanding, and an unwavering commitment to fostering a safe and validating environment. Recognizing the uniqueness of each individual, she firmly believes in tailoring treatment plans to meet the specific needs of her clients.   • Ranie Meyer, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

    Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

    Ranie is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Texas at Tyler. She brings over 10 years of diverse healthcare experience and specializes in providing psychiatric treatment for children ages 6 and up and individuals throughout their lifespan.

    Ranie provides psychiatric care for patients struggling with depressive and anxiety disorders, mood and bipolar disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorders, trauma-related disorders, and sleep disorders, among others. She has a special interest in treating those with ADHD, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders.

    Ranie’s passion is for mental health and wellness. She prioritizes the therapeutic relationship with her clients and is compassionate and caring. She believes in a holistic, patient-centered, and non-judgmental approach to mental healthcare. She finds it especially rewarding to be able to help her clients return to their optimal level of functioning and improve their quality of living.

  • Melanie Roudkovski, PhD, LPC

    Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor (LPC-S)

    Dr. Roudkovski received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, then attended New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, where she earned an M.A. in Marriage & Family Counseling, a Master of Theology, and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. For over 20 years, Dr. Roudkovski has provided clinical and relational help to individuals of all ages, and she enjoys helping couples and families navigate their unique challenges. Dr. Roudkovski is also a professor of graduate counseling, and she is passionate about training the next generation of professional counselors in the classroom and as a board-approved supervisor in Texas. With a background in higher education and administration, she enjoys providing leadership training, speaking at conferences, and helping businesses and leaders maximize resources and people.

  • David Miller, MA

    Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate

    David earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas, in 2019. After completing his undergraduate degree, David began working toward his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at LeTourneau University and graduated in August of 2021. David consults with individuals and families to provide feedback regarding how to help clients step out of their usual frame of thinking and gain a new perspective. He enjoys using his gifts to serve others through life coaching and spiritual guidance.

  • Katie Monts, MA

    Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate

    Katie holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from LeTourneau University. Katie is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and works with a diverse clientele, starting at age 14 and extending through the adult lifespan. Katie’s approach to counseling is to engage clients in a values-based and goal-oriented fashion to help them navigate transitions depending on their individual experiences and worldview. Katie also offers clinical, career, and grief counseling.
